01Who we are

This page is operated by Dheiraj Bharadwaj, an authorised channel partner registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority under agent registration PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/AG/220203/002768 ("we", "us", "our").

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we act as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you share on this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you hold over it.

We only collect what an enquiry actually needs.

Information you give us

Information collected automatically

• The page URL and the section of the page from which you submitted the enquiry
• Campaign parameters in the URL (UTM tags), so we know which advertisement brought you here
• Standard technical data via analytics tools — IP address, browser, device type, referring site, pages viewed and time on page

We do not knowingly collect financial information, government identifiers, or any special category data through this website. Please do not send such information through the enquiry form.

03How we use your information

Your personal data is processed for these specified purposes only:

• To respond to your enquiry and share project collateral — cost sheets, floor plans, the master plan and payment schedules
• To call, message or email you about this project, including scheduling a site visit
• To pass your enquiry to Godrej Properties Limited and its authorised representatives, so your interest can be registered against the project
• To measure how our advertising performs, in aggregate, and improve this page
• To comply with our obligations as a registered real estate agent

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with unrelated developers, brokers or list-buyers.

04Consent and your choices

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the enquiry form. That consent is recorded alongside your submission.

When you submit an enquiry, you expressly authorise us and our representatives to contact you by telephone call, SMS, email and WhatsApp regarding this project. This authorisation applies even if your number is registered under DND / NDNC with your telecom provider.

You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info.thinkprop@gmail.com. Withdrawal takes effect for future communication; it does not affect processing already carried out, and it may mean we can no longer service your enquiry.

05Who we share it with

Our processors act only on our documented instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. Some of these services store data on servers outside India; where that happens, transfers are made in accordance with the DPDP Act and applicable Government of India notifications.

We may also disclose data where required by law, by a court, or by a regulatory authority such as the Karnataka RERA.

06Cookies and tracking

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the page and to measure advertising performance. These include:

• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, to see which sections are read and where visitors leave
• Advertising cookies — Google Ads conversion tracking, to attribute an enquiry to the advertisement that produced it

We also use browser session storage to carry your first name and selected configuration from the enquiry form to the confirmation page. This is stored on your own device, is not transmitted anywhere by that mechanism, and is cleared when you close the browser tab.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from using this page or submitting an enquiry.

07How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as is reasonably required to service your interest in this project and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a registered real estate agent — ordinarily up to three years from your last interaction with us.

Where you withdraw consent or ask for erasure, we delete your data within 30 days, except for anything we are legally required to retain.

08Your rights under the DPDP Act

As a Data Principal, you have the right to:

• Access — obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed
• Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or completed
• Erasure — have your personal data deleted where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for
• Withdraw consent — at any time, as easily as it was given
• Nominate — appoint another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us before approaching the Data Protection Board of India

09Security

Enquiry data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and is accessible only to the people who need it to respond to you. We review access periodically.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDP Act.

10Children

This website is intended for adults evaluating a residential purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal data of any person below 18 years of age. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the "last updated" date above will change. Where the change materially affects how we use your data, we will seek fresh consent.
