01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, browsing its content or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use this site.

These Terms apply to the website operated by Dheiraj Bharadwaj, an authorised channel partner registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority under agent registration PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/AG/220203/002768 ("we", "us", "our").

02What this website is

Our role is limited to introducing prospective purchasers to the project. We are not the developer, promoter, owner or seller of any unit described here. Any eventual transaction will be directly between you and Godrej Properties Limited, on that company's own documents and terms.

03No offer and no contract

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, a representation, a warranty, or a legally binding contract of any kind.

Submitting an enquiry does not create any right, entitlement, reservation, allotment or priority in your favour over any unit. It records your interest and nothing more.

Any booking, allotment or sale takes effect only upon execution of the developer's own written agreement and receipt of consideration by the developer, subject to the developer's prevailing terms and applicable law.

04Pre-launch status and RERA

The project described on this website is at a pre-launch stage and its registration with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority is pending.

Information shown here is shared for the limited purpose of gauging interest ahead of launch. It should be independently verified against the RERA registration once granted, at rera.karnataka.gov.in.

05Accuracy of information

All content on this website — including areas, plot sizes, configurations, prices, payment schedules, amenities, specifications, possession timelines, distances and images — is indicative and drawn from marketing collateral shared with us. It is subject to change at the developer's sole discretion and to approval by the competent authorities.

• Prices exclude GST, stamp duty, registration and other statutory charges unless expressly stated
• Images are artistic impressions and renderings, not photographs of a completed structure
• Distances are approximate, measured by road, and vary with route and traffic
• Possession timelines are indicative and will be confirmed only at RERA registration

We take reasonable care in reproducing information but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Please verify all particulars directly with the developer before acting on them.

06Communication consent

When you submit an enquiry, you authorise us and our representatives to contact you by telephone call, SMS, email and WhatsApp regarding this project. You agree that this authorisation overrides any DND / NDNC registration on your number, and that such contact will not constitute an unsolicited commercial communication.

You can withdraw this authorisation at any time by writing to info.thinkprop@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

07Intellectual property

"Godrej", "Godrej Properties", the project name, and all associated logos and marks are the property of their respective owners. They appear on this website solely to identify the project we are authorised to represent, and their use does not imply ownership, partnership or any endorsement by those owners of this website.

The layout, written copy, design system and code of this website belong to us and our website partner. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish or create derivative works from this website without written permission.

08Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or third-party contact details without that person's consent
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest or index the website or its enquiry form
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
• Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the availability of the website for others
• Use the content for competing marketing purposes or resale of leads

We may block access where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached.

09Third-party links and services

This website links to and embeds third-party services, including Google Maps, WhatsApp and form and analytics providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10Limitation of liability

11Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your submission of another person's personal data without their consent.

12Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or these Terms.

Disputes relating to the project itself fall within the jurisdiction of the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority under the RERA Act, 2016.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you access the website is the version that applies. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
